Shipping to Austria

As a small family business from Germany, we unfortunately do not have the option to ship directly to Austria.

Why no direct shipping?

Since 2023, stricter regulations for packaging & shipping apply in most European countries. In order for a German company to legally ship to Austria, packaging licenses must be paid. We currently hold these licenses for Germany and France. To obtain these necessary licenses in Austria, one needs an authorized representative based in Austria, which is not that simple and involves high costs.

For small businesses, it is therefore not economically feasible to ship directly to Austria.

What is the alternative?

There are many shipping service providers that offer package forwarding!

We recommend: AllesPost from PostAG

With providers like AllesPost, you can specify a German delivery address when ordering from our shop. We send your package to this address, and from there it is forwarded directly to you.

AllesPost offers fair and transparent prices.

For an order in our shop, you pay €3.99 or €5.99 for shipping, depending on the package size. AllesPost charges a flat fee of €7.49 for forwarding your shipment.

If we were to ship directly to Austria, for example, a DHL label with tracking would start at €15.

With AllesPost, you can register for free; fees are only incurred per shipment, so what are you waiting for? :)
