Jewellery/Gemstones

Gemstones are natural products. They may contain imperfections and inclusions. This is what distinguishes a genuine stone.

For the jewellery we create, we use high-quality materials, which are always clearly declared.

Purchased items are not declared as handcrafted by us.

All of the above materials can change if stored in damp rooms. Likewise, prolonged direct sunlight or strong heat can alter the materials. Intensive contact with skin cream, perfume, soap, alcoholic substances, alkaline/acidic substances, water or salts can change both the colour and the texture.

No liability can be accepted for this.

Scented Wax

Our scented waxes are made from soy wax. The wax is produced in Europe and meets the highest EU standards. For the scent, we use high-quality premium oils. These oils are also used for soap making and thus meet the highest standards. However, they can still trigger allergies in very sensitive people, as they contain perfume.

Skin contact should therefore be avoided at all costs. If scented wax has been handled with bare hands, please wash your hands thoroughly and consult a doctor in case of allergic reactions.

Wax that has already been opened is excluded from exchange.

With soy wax, a "frosting effect" can occur. This effect resembles white snow blossoms and is purely visual. This is completely normal for soy wax and unfortunately cannot always be avoided.

During shipping, despite careful packaging, our waxes can sometimes break or melt at high temperatures.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for optical defects, as the function of the wax is not impaired thereby.
